Unfortunately from my experience Horizon Lanka is very good at asking for volunteers, and when the volunteers present themselves, are very bad at following up. I volunteered to read student essays about six months ago, and after an initial email thanking me from Wanni I haven't heard anything since. It's a pity because I would genuinely like to help.
