Horizon Lanka Foundation’s strength is its dynamic set of youth. They belong to the first group of students and are capable of doing much of the Horizon Lanka’s activities. Recently most senior students started substituting most of the fomer teachers as paying teacher salaries became a burden to the Horizon Lanka Foundation. Most of the youth got advanced training in various companies in Colombo and a few abroad.
